Programme Overview
The Department of Mechanical Engineering is one of the oldest and most prestigious departments in GPC Kottayam. With well-equipped workshops and laboratories, the department trains students in manufacturing, machine design, thermodynamics, and CAD/CAM. The department has produced numerous skilled technicians who are employed in leading industries across India and abroad.
Students are selected through the Single Window Admission system of the Government of Kerala. Practical classes are conducted in state-of-the-art laboratories under the direct guidance of experienced engineering faculty.
