Programme Overview
The Department of Polymer Technology is a unique department that offers specialized education in plastics, rubber, composites, and polymer processing technologies. This is one of the few polytechnic departments in Kerala offering this specialized programme. Students gain expertise in polymer manufacturing, quality control, and materials science, preparing them for careers in the rapidly growing plastics and rubber industries.
Students are selected through the Single Window Admission system of the Government of Kerala. Practical classes are conducted in state-of-the-art laboratories under the direct guidance of experienced engineering faculty.
